Most of my grinding happens in the back of my mouth but somehow my front 4 teeth hurt with this mouthguard after using it. To be honest, a thicker mouthguard is just as bad, if not worse. I can't believe I'm reviewing a mouthguard product. But it is good. This is the most comfortable mouth guard I have ever worn. I never thought I would take the time to write a review for such a simple product, but it definitely deserves a good review. The lesson here is that not all mouthguards are created equal, haha, they definitely aren't. I am a martial artist and have been using mouthguards for 10 years so I was impressed by this brand.

This mouthguard offers good value for money. You get 3 light and 2 thicker ones. I usually buy the heavier ones at Walgreens, but the lighter ones are more comfortable to wear all night. They're easy to shape, simply heat water in the microwave to coffee temperature, lower the guard and let sit for a minute, then gently place in your mouth, bite and hold until cool. Great job! Both heavy duty and regular fit my top and bottom teeth, but you only have to use 1 of each. I am so thankful because I have a deep/malocclusion (I need braces) but they still fit my teeth perfectly! I purchased this product and followed the instructions. When I tried to extract the teeth, part of the teeth came off and the mold on my teeth hardened. The first photo shows the beginning.
