Inexpensive Mouthguard
This mouthguard offers good value for money. You get 3 light and 2 thicker ones. I usually buy the heavier ones at Walgreens, but the lighter ones are more comfortable to wear all night. They're easy to shape, simply heat water in the microwave to coffee temperature, lower the guard and let sit for a minute, then gently place in your mouth, bite and hold until cool. I usually repeat this one more time for a perfect fit. Troubled people get the water too hot and leave it there too long, which melts the plastic.
