Update: Now I understand why all the reviews are positive - I was sent an offer for a $50 gift certificate e.g I have now removed this negative review. The thinner mouthguard is BAD. Most of my grinding happens in the back of my mouth but somehow my front 4 teeth hurt with this mouthguard after using it. To be honest, a thicker mouthguard is just as bad, if not worse. None of them cover the 1-2 molars on each side. I thought I might have overcooked it and allowed it to shrink, but after comparing it to uncooked ones, the size didn't change. I'm a small person with a small mouth - this is a bad design or a defect. Due to their bizarre lack of length to reach the back of my mouth, they're both too big—they press uncomfortably into the tip of my upper lip. you can go to the dentist.
