Great product and wonderful customer service!
The vendor contacted me after I mentioned in my review that I didn’t think the knee straps were helping me with my knee buckling issue. They offered a replacement with the newer version of the straps. I received the replacement in just a couple of days! The newer version is helping to stabilize my knee against any further damage. I’ve only been wearing the strap for one day but I’m beginning to see an improvement already. Highly recommend this product and the vendor!
