Works without sensitivity.
The pens are so easy to use. I use mine twice a day and one pen usually lasts about three weeks. I also use a stronger whitening pen (different brand) every now and then and use these Bright White pens for maintenance. My teeth always stay very white. My dentist even said my teeth are so white.
