I bought this scooter for my son's birthday the first one worked for one day and then it would not charge so I returned it and the second one did the same thing. I don't know if it's the product or if it's the actual charging unit but I will not buy this product again.*** Company reached out personally and sent my son another scooter at no charge. We’ve had this for about 3 months now. It works awesome and has provided endless entertainment for my son. My son is 4’3” and 67lbs for reference. He goes fast but not fast to the point that he can’t control it. Some of the bad reviews regarding it being loud and not holding a charge made me skeptical but after literal hours of comparing electric scooters I’m glad we got this one. Our scooter is actually extremely quiet and we’ve had no issues with holding a charge.

I got this for my son for his birthday when Covid first started. It was nice because it allowed him to go at a constant pace with me on walks or jogs. It’s a good alternative for him to move around with me without getting too tired to quickly which is nice because it doesn’t hinder me or limit me in my actions my son really loves to be adventurous he also loves to go fast. UPDATE: After posting my review, customer service reached out to me and replaced the scooter even though the warranty had passed. They sent me the new one with a return label to send yhe old scooter back. Hopefully this one lasts.Bought for my 10 year old in September of 2021. Charged fine the first time and road great. He parked it through winter and just took it out to use for the 2nd time and it will not charge. Too late for a return so it's useless!

Battery would not take charge after a few charges. I reached out to support and they helped me resolve the issue even when the unit was outside the warranty. We tried a new battery and it did nothing. I updated customer rep with my issue and they sent meba replacement. Lets see if i have the same issue with this one. Customer service is good to deal with anyways

My 8 yr old grandson loves this scooter and so does his two cousins (10 and 11). They have no complaints and would like me to buy one for each of them.

Very cool and cute scooter. Easy to ride on and wide wheels make balancing simple for the new riders. My daughter loves it because of its color and light-weighted and soft handlebars. It can be used as a electronically scooter or kick scooter which is awesome.

Update 20221221: Customer Service reached out and offered support. They diagnosed the issue as likely related to the battery and sent a replacement. Unfortunately, the timing was not great as we were out of town a lot and when we were here it was usually raining (so not good for testing out on the wet roads). They were very patient and only checked in every once in a while to see how it was going. We eventually had a good weekend to install the new battery and test it out after a full overnight

My kid likes it but if he gets much bigger his feet will no longer fit on the deck. And the deck is where the bottom is you have to stand on the make it go. He’s 11 so in a year or two at most I don’t think he will be able to ride it. But for the price it can’t be beat

My 5-year-old son loves this scooter. He is not super tall and it fits him fine, and he will be able to use it and grow for a few years I suspect. Original I've seen a few reviews mention the same issues regarding the fact that the scooter can stop working, so I'll add mine as well. The scooter stopped working/charging after 6 months.
