***UPDATE 9/13/22: Gotrax reached out directly and has since sent a replacement scooter. Updating the rating to a 4-star on my review to reflect the customer service that I received after my original review.***DO NOT PURCHASE! I am so disappointed at the lifespan of this scooter. It worked great for a few months, but just stopped working/charging. I reached out to the company and they basically told me the scooter was "out of warranty " and I would need to purchase a new $50 battery/controller from their website. This is so ridiculous! Our scooter is 7 mo old. Definitely expected it to last longer than this! I will never buy another Gotrax product. Lousy workmanship, lousy product and little to no customer service. Don’t waste your money.
