This will probably work for most basic applications, but there is only a strand of conductive fiber around the circumference of the bracelet. Other greyish filaments do not conduct electricity. I would rate it 3.5 stars as this is a cheap product that is unsurprisingly cheaply made but the other gray threads in the photo seem to have been added for the sole purpose of fooling any buyer who is attentive enough to look closely. I suspect this may be why others are reporting their DMM not reading continuity, as a single strand of silver combined with the 1MΩ resistor in the cable does not guarantee good contact for the length of the belt.
