Has pros: In general, I like the palette, I have been using it for a year, I decided to order light colors, I chose Iconic 3.0, the colors do not match at all ! They are much darker than in the photo! Different cons: Mismatch between colors. I ordered a palette on 11/16, received only 12/03!
