This is the worst experience from a PC. Totally faulty, computer could not be registered, so no guarantee. Out of the blue, there were errors like 0x01000202 and 0x81000203 and the online fixes didn't work. These are the errors that make the PC unusable. This is combined with the lack of factory support. The bot tells you that it connects you to the agent, after an hour there is no agent. Tried days for a week without an agent. This was my second GWTN156-5. In June I had an agent who said he would contact me with a network adapter driver but he never did. It's not worth the brain damage. Contact Dell, HP or another PC manufacturer that you trust and that has years of support experience.
