If the display doesn't work, then it's not broken, it just needs adjusting.
I bought two, one for use in a car with a backup camera and the other I'm working on building a pocket console with a Raspberry Pi. They were perfect after all the potentiometers and adjustment rings on the CRT's neck had been adjusted. It's amazing and for those who love old tech it's perfect.
