Review on Professional Grade PreSonus HD7 Monitoring Headphones: Exceptional Audio Quality for Enhanced Sound Monitoring by Tammy Dellman

I purchased this from Revain's warehouse and have not used it on a recording project since receiving it. The box looked immaculate so based on the description on the website I assumed it was in perfect condition. I just plugged them in today and there is no bass and the sound is hoarse like the cable snapped. I plugged in my old headphones and the sound is ok. I changed the plug adapter to see if that was the problem but the sound stayed the same. They were sent as bad headphones and now I can't return them as the return window is closed. Pooh. This is the first time I have received a defective product from Revain's warehouse. I'm so upset and lost $40. Lesson learned: Don't accept or review your stock purchases in a timely manner.
