It's been great having such capable people helping me navigate this online space! They are always there when you need it. We recently built our site from scratch as well as rebranded (from MDP) - which was new territory for us since we had never really done an overhaul before! But they took care of that too so smoothly! And now we're seeing results!! This has allowed us to be more agile overall and build out content quickly instead waiting months for clients to approve changes. I like that there are templates available, as well as ability of creating your own form in different areas depending upon what you need most! The customer service is great with anyone who we have contact (even after hours) - but sometimes it can be slow due their volume!! Definitely try this software out if looking into something similar! We're able provide our patients more information at an easier time point vs traditional paper logs/forms they may receive from other office's systems etc.
