I received this product but the product and packaging were in terrible condition when delivered. I requested a refund or an honest exchange and they sent me a new one within 2 days. New fantastic, exactly what I was looking for and as described. I will also say that I don't think the seller was responsible for the damage, I think it had more to do with shipping and handling.
