I purchased this monitor mount after being somewhat dissatisfied with how the company's cheaper model worked with my large ultra-wide monitor (which works well for small monitors, by the way). - it's just too small for my big one). This one has a more solid construction - the base is a thicker piece of metal, and instead of a hollow metal tube, there are two massive levers. The addition of a USB extender was a nice touch, and the cable management channels are much better built, albeit less versatile. I couldn't run my monitor's power cord through them, but other cords will do. The adjustment knobs on my unit were very tight and the adjustment screw for the extended arm fell out - I thought at first they just didn't turn it on, emailed support and found the screw in my pocket three minutes later. Bad, laugh. All in all, this is a solid budget monitor mount option, even for wide 34-inch monitors like mine. I'd say it's definitely worth the coin compared to their most affordable model - it just feels more durable. and are more solidly built than their cheapest option, which is a little crazy considering the price difference between the two was only around $12-15 at the time of purchase.
