They come in four separate holders, ideal for personal storage. Well-made metal holders with rubberized metal hooks. (I'm impressed with the protective packaging, just a note) It's thin metal, but it doesn't bend or break after installing and holding regular garden tools. There is also a handy tool hook with a strap/cord between the hooks. It comes with anchors and drywall screws, but the location of the studs didn't line up with the pre-punched holes, and I preferred to let all three mounting holes "bite" into them. Wood so I installed a 1"x6" on the wall/stands so I could place the holders anywhere in that area and I painted it white. (I know how much abuse they will take and how much weight I will end up putting on them - to the point where the drywall anchors will eventually fail) I will not hesitate to order again! Fully meets my expectations and needs!
