I was looking forward to stowing my under sink cleaning products on this rack. I wanted one with a narrow upper shelf to fit around the disposal, and I wanted it to have the capability to slide so I wouldn't have to bend all the way over to retrieve the particular cleaning product I was after. While this rack was very easy to assemble, it did not slide. There was something interfering with the mechanism. I thought this would be more heavy duty based on the price point, a bit disappointed at how light weight it is. The directions would be improved by actual words, like "start your bolts when attaching the basket to the slides, and tighten after each hole is aligned”. Over all I’m pleased, the size is perfect for my cabinet.

I really like this shelf, but the hardware was MISSING, so I had to make a trip to the hardware store to try and find the proper screws. The box it came in was badly beaten up and I suspect it was a returned item. Bad job, Walmart!

real easy to put together ,however it lacks placement specks for clearance toward door hinge or wall.The metal gauge could be stronger but most of all the slides or glides facing up may cause failure in time. I bought a more expensive one and the difference was well worth it.

The bottom rails are too thin and tray didn't clear cabinet base and nicked the cabinet base as it was slid out. Made with cheaply metal and could already see rust forming on bottom within a few weeks of install. Would not buy it if had known.

I liked everything about it. It fits perfect under my cabinet and it helps keep stuff organized. Love the little top drawer for small things.

Overall, a good shelf. The top shelf is a bit wobbly and the shelf liner for the top shelf is not secure. This is easily fixed by putting a couple holes and securing it with zip ties. Very satisfied with this though!

I've purchased a few different organizers (depending on their size) for various cabinets. This one was slightly cheaper than other ones I bought from different brands, but it is also a cheaper quality. The anchor screws are tiny, it doesn't glide all that smoothly in the tracks and is not particularly sturdy.I will be keeping it since it works well enough, but would not purchase again, because I prefer the other organizers that I bought.

Despite saying this is 11.5” wide, it is actually wider and while it is able to be placed inside a 12” opening, the slots that hold the upper shelf sit on the outside and stop it from being able to be pulled out. It hits the inside frame of the cabinet. The overall actual width of this more than 11.5”.

Very easy to install. Took me about 10 minutes. Product is very sturdy and spacious. Does exactly what I needed it to do It may be difficult to install for inexperienced individuals.

My first delivery had to be returned as it was missing the screws. I did have to put a shim under the glides as they were mounted on the floor of my cabinet. Package included a nice sturdy plastic shelf liner for top and bottom shelves. Glides easily.

PRO Easy to install, great design, sturdy. CON sliders are stiff compared to others I bought at the same time(Rev A Shelf, Lynk Professional) I have to pull and push harder to get out/in I

I love how simple this is to install. I fit lots of items neatly on upper shelf and cleaning items on bottom shelf. Every thing is organized and no wasted space! No more killing my back reaching under the sink.

Great for the price, it doesn't feel super sturdy when you pull it out, but it works for what I needed and I felt like it was good for the price.

Just received this under counter organizer and it was extremely easy to install, did it in about 10 minutes. It appears to be of an excellent quality at a great-great value; no need to spend twice as much when this TQVAI unit works great, does the job and looks as good as any other. Additionally, it came with (both-shelves) liners so the stored products sit flat in this surface. Very Happy with Purchase!

The product is somewhat flimsy.Of the two units I purchased, one required three of the mounting holes for the basket to be chased with an M4v tap, before the screws would thread in fully.For cabinets with a lip (common) you need to make or buy spacers. Otherwise the rack cannot be pulled out. Longer screws are also required. This should really be included.The lower basket mounts to the slide rails asymmetrically front to rear. First, I ordered Friday night and it arrived Sunday morning. So that alone was awesome. I had it installed probably fifteen minutes after it arrived. I'm not very handy, so I was worried I would have trouble. But it took five minutes max. Super easy. The tracks are nice and smooth when pulling out the tray and it's also very sturdy. I'm ordering one for the other side tonight.

Love it. It’s so helpful and now I can actually see what’s under my sink and get it easily without having to sit in the floor to reach in the back.

This was exactly what I thought it was going to be. To be honest that was a surprise. It's easy install and came just as expected. I will say I wish it had some horizontal dividers to keep it from becoming a messy as it can. All in all its a quality product made with quality materials and done so reasonable priced.

This was super easy to install and the top shelf is perfect for my dishwasher pod soaps. I'm getting a lot of use out of this! It's not as sturdy as my Rev-a-Shelf stuff, but doesn't have to be. This is just holding soap pods and some spray bottles. It's perfect for what it is. I'd buy it again!
