I am extremely pleased with this paper towel holder. It’s of wonderful quality, and really sturdy. It is unique in that they even have put felt on the bottom to keep it from scratching the surface of my cabinet. I have two others from different vendors bought years ago that did not have this. I highly recommend this product.

This is a sturdy, heavy, attractive paper towel holder reasonably priced. Unfortunately when I screwed the post into the base it was noticeably slanted. I tried several times and could not make it straight. Having it tilted even slightly would bug me so I reluctantly took advantage of the free returns. Perhaps you will be luckier as it is a nice item for the price.

As often as I use paper towels in my kitchen, having a good paper towel holder is important to me. I was only planning to spend $10-15, but based on the reviews of this one, I decided to give it a try. Best paper towel holder I've ever purchased! It's sturdy, you can easily get a paper towel with one hand and it looks great too! You won't be disappointed if you order this!

I bought two of these since they looked so pretty. Today one of them broke apart while I stood across the room. The long stem that holds the paper towel fell directly down into my kitchen sink where my coffee mug was sitting below. See image it broke the arms of my coffee mug broken off. Thank God it wasn't expensive china plates below in my sink. I'm waiting for the seller to respond. Don't place this paper towel holders near anything of value incase the "stem" breaks in half and crashes down…

It did come damaged due to being put in an ebay box with another item, although it was packed well in its own box. But all I needed to do was take a photo of the broken stem and forward along with my order number and contact info, and a new one arrived at my home even before I got the new tracking info! And this one is undamaged and looks great on my granite kitchen island!

I ordered this item in "Black" twice. The first one arrived as a variegated soft gray with beige marbling, a color option not even offered and one which looked terrible with my Black Quartz kitchen. The replacement item arrived sealed in its pristine manufacturer's packaging (placed inside an ebay shipping box) with the round base cracked completely across and all the way through. Given the very poor quality control, I'm giving up on this product.

Pleasantly surprised how sturdy it is and how much nicer it looks in person. Took a few seconds to put together and a very welcome addition to our gray and white quartz countertops. Love it and would definitely recommend it!

It matched my countertop. Very sturdy. One thing that kept me from giving it a five.does not have a way of holding the paper towels from staying from one sheet flopping.

Heavy, so it stays in place on the counter where you put it. I also like the wider post it allows the paper towel to stay in place instead of sliding all over the place with the narrow posts.

No problem assembling. We’ve had it for about seven months and no issues whatsoever. I don’t think I was ever going to find a paper towel holder to match my countertops but this is close enough. It’s very complementary. Totally worth the price.

Nice piece. Well made. Well packaged The only thing is the color looked different on line. It said grey, but looked brown, which I was hoping,,,but it is Grey as stated Nice, so I kept it I would Highly recommend this product!This is the second paper towel holder I ordered The first was from another company. This paper towel holder is heavy and sturdy enough to remain stationary when you rip off paper towels as needed. The marble is smooth with padding on the bottom to prevent scratches to your countertops. Easy to clean and holds a double roll paper towel. We are pleased with this purchase.

I had to order this twice. When I received the first one, I opened the undamaged box. Inside the two pieces were neatly wrapped in soft paper and were placed in the molded styrofoam to make it impossible for the two pieces to clank together in shipping. Each piece had its own area. I pulled out the cylinder piece that the paper towel roll would go over and removed the protective paper from it. It was broken in half. This tells me the manufacturer had broke it at some point and shipped it as is,

I was skeptical as I have seen similar holders that were not good. Fell apart, never went together right, came broken. This holder was exactly what I was looking for. Came packaged very well. Their video sold me. And it did not lie. Im very pleased with it! Hucked my icky wood one for this more sanitary one. It stays in place on counter too. These would make great gifts.

I purchased Green Onyx. It seems odd to call a paper towel holder "gorgeous,” but this one truly is. It’s made exceptionally well and is REAL marble. You will not regret buying this towel holder.

This paper towel holder is the best choice in a wide variety of holders. It’s heavy enough to stay on the counter when you want to pull. It’s attractive in any kitchen. It’s my second one - the last one was damaged when I moved. I’ve tried others over the years but it’s worth paying a bit more so your holder doesn’t leave the counter when you pull for a paper towel!

Had been looking for this for a while. Have one I bought st Bed Bath and Beyond and wanted another but they no longer carry it. It is heavy enough that it doesn’t move when you pull off a sheet.
