I had to order this twice. When I received the first one, I opened the undamaged box. Inside the two pieces were neatly wrapped in soft paper and were placed in the molded styrofoam to make it impossible for the two pieces to clank together in shipping. Each piece had its own area. I pulled out the cylinder piece that the paper towel roll would go over and removed the protective paper from it. It was broken in half. This tells me the manufacturer had broke it at some point and shipped it as is, because there is no way the two pieces could move in the box and touch each other. And with the box not showing any signs of being tossed or crushed there was no way it could have broken from shipping. So I returned it for a replacement.The next shipment, no damage, no chips, but had one flaw. As you can see in the picture, the towel rod that screws into the base is not level. This is due to the rod screw that goes into base, was put into rod crooked from manufacturer. Now I am not going to return this one, as it does do its job. Its just ashame the quality of work on both occasions is pretty poor, especially the first shipment. If I was the manufacturer, I would be embarrassed sending out work like this
