They fit my son's nuk bottle perfectly. I wish it fits better in his Fogo thermos, I find it a bit tight. We only use it for my kindergarten milk. He insists on taking his milk to school daily and doesn't like Horizon or other long shelf life/safe milks (don't blame him). His thermos is cold when he gets home at 3:00 p.m. if we use it correctly: the thermos lasts all night in the fridge, just like a curling iron. In the morning, put a popsicle stick in a thermos and add cold milk. If the thermos is not refrigerated overnight, the milk will not stay cold until 3:00 p.m.
