I read that several old reviewers could not control their car's rear sunroof with this remote, but I took the risk that these reviews were old and outdated. However, I also had the same problem. I was able to check the door latches and rear glass but not the tailgate on my 2007 Expedition EL Limited. I used the company's chat feature to troubleshoot the issue and they couldn't get it to work. I sent them back. I had to pay shipping, which annoyed me even more. I have also recently purchased blank keys for this car and my other car from this company. I'll cut and program them today. Wish me luck.
