    The keys have not been programmed.

    I tried to program the key myself but couldn't so I took it to a professional key shop. The key could not be programmed either. I bought two of these but returned them after the key shop couldn't program them.

    Used on my 2011 F250 XLT

    Worked great. The locksmith warned me that sometimes chinese keys don't work and he still has to charge me, but he cut and programmed with no problem. The keys click well. The range seems to be comparable to OEM. Very good!

    Works good but needs programming

    Works great although you have to know it takes you three dealers, a key shop or a place like Ace to program your car with a new key. Anywhere between $50 and $120 if you don't know someone who will do it for you.

    Quality and easy programming

    The mobile locksmith was able to cut and program my key. His words "Where did you buy this, it's really good quality" are working great so far. I only had 1 time when he didn't recognize the key right away. I just shook it, it works fine.

    Programmed by Ford. No problem

    Fits my original key perfectly, except for the Ford emblem on the back. Wasn't willing to pay more than $100 for the word 'Ford'. I got the local hardware key for $3, the Ford dealer programmed it for $50. Works just as well as my original key.

    Indistinguishable from OEM key

    Looks and works like an OEM key. It was easy to cut at the local hardware store but not that easy to program until I found the missing key (which is why I bought it in the first place). In my situation I had to use OEM keys to program them into the F150. I'm sure you can have it done at the dealer, but my advice is to buy it and program it before you lose a key.

    Remote control not working

    I bought this key to replace a broken key on my 2015 F250. I programmed the key using a truck and key turn sequence using the 2 programmed keys I had. The key starts the truck by itself, but unlocking, locking and remote starting does not work. According to the truck's manual, the remote control should be programmed automatically via key reprogramming. I bought a key specifically for the autostart feature that only one of my two remaining keys has.

    Everything works BUT the sunroof button.

    You may find it difficult to get this key at a hardware store or large store. Most don't want to touch a programmable button. It's no different than cutting any other key, they just don't want to do it. I got lucky on local HD. A newly cut key unlocked the external driver's door lock, and the included programming instructions helped program the remote door locks and even start the car. The only problem with this key is that the sunroof button doesn't work. With a double-click, it only opens all

    I wasn't sure about the programming and needed to cut the key anyway so I just went to a locksmith who had a Yelp rating of 5, which was close. The first thing I learned was that such a key consists of two components: a transponder and a remote control. (I know it's in the programming guide, but it just didn't work for me.) The transponder is an anti-theft device. I never thought of someone just cutting a random key out of my key and then trying to start my truck. . But as the locksmithโ€ฆ
