I have used all brands of mouthguard and this is by far my favourite. I had a sisu just before buying it and hated it. I've been using it for a year now and can't use any other. I'm a 5ft 5in female weighing 120lbs but I have pretty big teeth. It offers good protection and coverage while still allowing me to breathe and talk to it normally. I like that it's soft, I have an odd habit of chewing my mouthguard with my molars, the ShockDoctor I used fell apart because of this, but this one has no damage. I use it for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
