The order arrived on time. When I opened the box and started inserting the disc into the PS4. The lower part of the disc fell off. The hard drive was not assembled correctly. absence. I used screws from an old drive. when the disc was inserted into the PS4 and turned on. The disc made loud noises. collected back. luckily it worked. but you scratched my son's game disc. How does this happen?
