I have dogs and one of them blew a hole in my new blanket. I was very upset and considered buying a new one, but then realized they would probably do it again. I've been looking for something suitable for a while since most patch materials are very heavy and super stiff, but I needed something lighter, stronger, yet flexible. I found this and thought it wouldn't hurt, it's cheaper than spending $150 on a new blanket, I cut a piece about half an inch larger than the area I wanted to patch, ironing was easy , I let it dry and it was great . I've washed it once since I patched it and it's still completely intact, no edges or anything.
