Let me start by saying that I really like this hat and I use it for something that's a little outside of its design. If you like wearing this hat from time to time while doing something for an hour or less, this is for you. If not, read on. I work in an environment where temperatures range from -10 to around 60 degrees and open and close freezers constantly (frozen food manager at a very large retail chain). I work over 10 hours a day, 7 days a week. the week. My first issue with the header is speaker placement. They don't adjust very well and for my head size (I'm 6ft 150lbs idk if that helps you) they don't seem to sit squarely on my ears. This causes severe discomfort in the ears after a few hours. wear. The battery life is excellent and hasn't given me any problems. In fact, this cap just isn't designed for long-term wear. They are VERY hard plastic speaker innards that really hurt your ears. I've completely stopped wearing it to work. However, I'm aware that I'm using it outside the realm of its design, so I still give it high marks. Short term wear like running or whatever I'm sure it's awesome.
