Heavy duty does the job
This is my first time using this type of product but I am impressed with every component of this pack. All items make a very durable impression. I have a Thule fold down bike rack on a 19 Jeep Cherokee and it seems to eliminate most of the bouncing. This may not reduce the left/right sway, but this is not usually a problem. I would recommend this item.
