It's still worth it.
The strap broke on one side after three years of trying to put these shoes on by myself. So I had to take both straps off, which was easy, but it was a little devastating for her because she chose a pair of orange dinosaurs from the many shoes we were looking at. But I don't regret the purchase. They came exactly like the picture.
