Review on BALKAN OrgChart by Joe Michels

I like that it is easy to use and has a great interface as well as the ability to customize layouts. It's a bit confusing at first but once you figure out how it works it becomes very useful. Also, I don't like being able to only have one organization chart per page so if you want to switch between different work groups it can be difficult. I'm solving problems of having multiple people in an office with the same job title but working on completely different projects. With Balkan OrgChart we are able to see who is assigned to what project and who is currently working on what task.
