I was skeptical when my husband said he ordered a case for the Apple Watch Series 4 that would cover it completely. However, I was pleasantly surprised! I'm very rough on my watch - I have very poor depth perception and my poor watch gets a lot of abuse. One of the worst things is banging it on doorposts multiple times a day! To be honest I don't know how I didn't break the screen the year I had it. After he assembled the case and brought it to me I noticed the following: even with the case assembled the watch case remained thin which was a big problem for me - covers and protects ALL sides of the watch case - it fits snugly and snugly - it shouldn't sliding sideways and moving around in the case - still has access to all buttons - response to touchscreen functions was quick (I couldn't tell what it was before the case was installed). I don't think you can use a tempered glass screen protector as it is much thicker than a regular screen protector. The only thing I would point out is that I felt like it was rubbed against my skin the first day I wore it. Watch after adding the case. Once I get used to it, I don't even notice it anymore! In my opinion, this is a small price to pay for not damaging the screen. I've read reviews claiming that there are air bubbles under this case and this is only possible if you put it in a sandbox on a windy day. Clean the screen with the cloth provided, dry, assemble. This cover is almost contiguous to the screen and sides, and almost doesn't let air through. I don't use my watch in water, but it can even prevent water from getting under it. Overall I am satisfied with the product and recommend it to my family and friends.
