It didn't burn my face. I am actually using the second bottle and really like the way it feels. I use very thin cotton squares, spray on and apply to skin. my chin and leave it on as a mini mask for about 15 minutes, it really helped to heal the pimples on my chin. I know it's not a high-proof aha or BHA, but it doesn't matter because I don't want anything really strong. I use many products from this line of cos RX. And so far I've bought it all and recommend it three times to people who have hormonal acne like me. I also have some very thin cotton pads that I soak with this aha/bha product. And I have hormonal acne on my chin and I'm not kidding, I leave it on my face for like 10 minutes at night and when I wake up in the morning the results are just amazing.
