Great product and customer service

This monitor is perfect for my purposes. It's lightweight, has a great picture, can be powered by a laptop so fewer cables are needed, and makes a great second monitor. I had a problem with it at first because I was using the wrong port to connect to my laptop. There is no number to call but I emailed and received a reply within a few hours with an exact solution to the problem. I sent a video clip of the problem and they immediately identified user error. The tour guide Jolene was very helpful and responsive and made sure I didn't need any extra help. Highly Recommended!
