Expected tires. Preserved foam

Not what I expected. very subtle what i knew it would be. I thought it was thin rubber but it turned out to be thin foam. I assume it won't last long and will break on first use. All in all I got what I paid for. I wish I had spent $20 on gum

Pros
  • Quality finish
Cons
  • There are defects

Inexpensive for tool organizers

I bought this mat to use as a protective mat for my tools while working at a client's home. Despite what the description says, it is very cheaply made and not durable. The foam is brittle, breaks easily and is not worth the money I paid. Knowing what I know now, I wouldn't pay a dollar for it.

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Lots of stuff

Don't even think about buying that, it's utter rubbish.

Complete scrap. I've never seen anything like this. Very weak, accidentally torn while trying to put it in a tool box. I actually think the packaging it came in was actually more durable than the toolbox liner itself. Cheap junk, I threw it in the trash and ordered something else.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Weight

No more rattling! - Tool organizer

Now I can put my tools in their right place in my tool chest without hearing that awful rattling. Ball bearing tool boxes are great because they don't make a squeaky sound when you open them. There's no point if they come with unlined metal to put on your metal tools. You still get this kayak with a metallic sound. This stops it. It's worth it for hearing and mental health.

Pros
  • Sleek design
Cons
  • I'll be silent

Has many different uses

I recently bought a car that had a flat top and center dash. The area is perfect for sunglasses or other small items. Except that whatever you put in it lands on the ground as soon as you turn the car around. I cut and adjusted a piece of this rug to fit this space, everything stays in place and it looks amazing. It was easy to cut and he says it's flat. Rubber prevents everything from slipping.

Pros
  • Best in Niche
Cons
  • Protection

Good but not difficult.

OK. I used it in an old tool box and repurposed it for gunsmith tools and parts. I doubt it will last very long with heavy use and greasy tools. I put a dab of glue on each corner because it tends to curl around the edges. I would suggest measuring and counting twice as I had to order a second roll to complete the job. If I had to do it again I'd probably look for something heavier, but it's ok for my purposes.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Empty

Time will tell Power & Hand Tools

Just received this and put it in my truck's toolbox so remains to be seen how it holds up so decided not to rate durability. . It seems to hold things in place (items no longer slide around the box) so that's great. The material is thinner than it appears in the pictures on the site, but I didn't measure it to see how it matched the numbers. I think if it was thicker it might lay flatter, but I think it might just curl more because it's being rolled. So far it seems worth the price though.

  • Some Competitors

Extremely thin, tears easily, crumbles like old bread

This "professional tool insert" is not durable at all. It is very thin (1/8" is more like 1/32") and tears easily. Although the seller describes it as a "thick protective pad for tools to protect" is it absolutely NOT a "hard washable surface"? I seriously doubt it. I swept up hundreds of tiny pieces that broke, crumbled and fell to the floor and threw them away along with the rest of the roll. It was COMPLETELY USELESS to me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this product as a tool box liner or tool box…

Pros
  • Many positive emotions
Cons
  • So-so
