What a rollercoaster ride! I bought this for my wife for Christmas and while she was so happily setting it up for herself she ran into a problem. The tablet was not activated due to a product key error. I emailed the seller and surprisingly received a response within a few hours. (And no, it wasn't automated). Numerous emails went back and forth trying to solve the problem with activating the Windows 8.1 installed on the tablet, until finally he asked for my number and said he would give it to his technician. Guy. A few minutes later I get a call from a very nice man named Mark who really wants to help. After guiding myself through the repair steps for some time, we finally thought we fixed it. So far it has not worked and lo and behold. It was getting late, so I decided to call him the next morning. He replies quickly and, although confused by the message that the tablet still won't activate, begins to guide me through the many steps, backdoors, and rabbit holes of the computer world until finally, at the end of the second day, we have a full one functional and activated tablet. not Windows 8.1, but Windows 10! I want to thank Mark (Engineer) and Jim (Distributor) from the bottom of my heart. It's too rare to experience customer relationships at the level you offer. You are a great team and I wish you all the best. To anyone considering purchasing a product from this seller I encourage you to do so as you are not just purchasing a product you are purchasing superior service.
