I like that it has all of my information in one place which makes things easier to find when looking up an employee or searching through our database! The user interface is not as intuitive at first but once you get used to using this product there are no complaints about how easy they made finding employees with previous experience we were trying to track down from another system was very difficult before IT came along!! Highly recommend getting your current staff trained so new hires have less difficulty learning what each section does.
