I like that it is an aggregator of many different tools. We have been able to find candidates that are qualified but not necessarily available in our area. The interface can be confusing at times. Sometimes you will want to search for a specific skill but if you click on one of the skills under your profile it takes you to another page instead of adding it to your current search. I like that it has all of my information in one place which makes things easier to find when looking up an employee or searching through our database! I like how easy it is to create job listings and recruiters can see what skills they need. Also that you can search by skill set rather than category or title so that we don't have to list jobs with different titles just because one person has more experience in one role than another! The main thing is that this platform enables me to have all my skills in one place so I can easily access them via an API or mobile app with minimal effort. For example you need some knowledge about html5/css3 but not javascript - it will be available soon! Not sure if there are any others atm? I like that you can create your own profiles to store skills in one place with searchable text fields as well! There isn't much out there right now so this is great!! You have multiple options of how it looks but not too many features yet from what i've seen are missing (i could be wrong). Would love more customization choices or maybe even an option where users don’t need admin access if they want their profile pages set up without allowing others full control over them?
