Review on It's Your Skills by Chris Long

I like that it is an aggregator of many different tools. We have been able to find candidates that are qualified but not necessarily available in our area. The interface can be confusing at times. Sometimes you will want to search for a specific skill but if you click on one of the skills under your profile it takes you to another page instead of adding it to your current search. This is good because sometimes we need to search for more than one skill so this gets rid of having to do multiple searches. We have found qualified candidates that were not available locally.
