I like how easy it is to create job listings and recruiters can see what skills they need. Also that you can search by skill set rather than category or title so that we don't have to list jobs with different titles just because one person has more experience in one role than another! It would be nice if there was an option to make this tool available both internally as well as externally to our clients who are currently using HireVue instead of Workday Recruiter. Our main problem right now is finding candidates who match up with the needs of our client base. It makes sense since we're targeting the exact same audience but sometimes you still want someone local to fill out your position (like me!). This allows us to reach out to people who haven't heard about our services before while reaching employers outside of our immediate area. I like that it is easy to use when creating new profiles or updating existing ones with our internal systems. The interface could be better but overall we are happy so far! They have been very helpful in integrating their platform into ours as well as providing support if needed. We were able to create an applicant tracking system using skills from LinkedIn without having to spend thousands of dollars doing this ourselves.
