The system is easy to use and the customer support is excellent. Their support team is always quick to respond and very helpful. There is a lot of training involved in order to get the most out of the software. The training is thorough and the tutorials are great. The product is great, but the training is extensive. If you have the resources to do it, you should spend the time and do it! The system does allow for multiple managers to work on the same event. This is great for organizations with employees scattered across multiple states. This allows for consistency across the organization. This is one of the great benefits of the system. I would like to be able to track progress of each event. I would like to be able to have a better idea of how each event is going.
