I bought these beautifully tailored nylon "joggers" for 6 weeks, traveled to many cities and vacationed in Europe. They can be washed, they don't weigh anything, they dry quickly. They are not needed. ironed and fit well and not baggy. Put on a nice t-shirt and you can go for a day of walking. I wear size XL (US 16) and they fit perfectly, even look slim! They might even work well in the rain as I expect them to get wet, but I don't expect them to be waterproof or waterproof, they just dry quickly.
