I like that moneypennys customer care team is always helpful, friendly & professional! The system has been easy to use since we started using it in 2016 (we've had many different systems over our 20+ year history).
We don't have any complaints about this software - everything runs smoothly from call recording/monitoring through email communications. They're very quick at responding when you need help or they can resolve an issue right away if there's something wrong within their own platform. It would be great if some of the features were more robust but overall its been working well so far.
