The ease of use when configuring devices for remote access is great. It's well organized. I cannot think of anything negative about it! The only thing that would change my mind is if there were more options for authentication methods available. For example, we used SAML 2.0 as our SSO method within Secnap. This was good because you could configure it however you needed. However, this option does not appear to be supported anymore. If your organization uses SAML for its SSO then this should still work fine but I'm sure they will no longer support it. Use Secnap Remote Access for any network device configuration needs. There really isn't much else out there like it. Secnap has helped us secure an entire campus by creating policies for users to follow which can now easily be accessed remotely.
