We have been using their helpdesk solution since we started with them over 10 years ago! It is very easy to use from end user perspective as well as admin side (ticketing system). The support team has always delivered excellent service in resolving issues or helping out when needed by other departments within lightedge solutions such that it feels like they are part of your business rather than just another vendor you deal with during day work hours only. The team at LGE is very good about working with you throughout your project life cycle from requirements gathering through implementation support until after go live or post production maintenance (where applicable).
