We were looking forward to using this software because we had been trying different softwares that did not allow us access into many folders in one directory with ease or even just create an account so it would automatically upload files without being present at all times. As soon as I got my first use out of this program I realized how simple everything was! It takes only minutes of learning time before you are up and running. There is nothing i dislike about this product other than if there were more features then it could be used by everyone instead of having people go back and forth between computers to get things done. This application solves problems when working remotely due to its ability to have your computer connected through VPN but still allows easy file uploading from multiple locations while giving quick responses from employees who cannot physically be around their desktop constantly. LightEdge is a great company to work with. They are always willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything is done correctly. They are also very knowledgeable and will help you with any questions you may have. I have not found anything that I dislike about LightEdge. I highly recommend LightEdge for your IT needs. We are solving our IT needs by having them provide our network infrastructure. LightEdge is helping us with our network infrastructure.
