Based on the reviews I didn't know which size to buy. I'm a woman and I wear a size 9, almost the size of all brands. I bought socks in a large size (from 9 to 12) because I don't like socks that are too tight. You are perfect. When I put them on and don't stretch them, they fit perfectly heel to heel. When I pull them up they get quite large and the heel rises over my heel on bumps. It's nice that it's cold when there's room to cover my ankles in the wind while riding. I prefer to just slip them on and adjust to the heel. Even if I don't over tighten them I feel like the socks are doing their job thanks to the compression pressure on the inside of the arch which is nice. I will buy more, very convenient.
