Poor design
I wish I would like this cooling pad but it's mostly just for show. The fans are shrouded so airflow only goes directly over the fans, even though the top is made entirely of mesh. Likewise, the only working vents on the underside are the vents just below the fans. Lay this on a flat surface without stretching your legs and the fans won't create air. Fans are also located in the middle, but most laptops have them on the back. The fans didn't cool my laptop at all. I returned them
