I used several cooling pads. Some are very expensive some are not. I've found that most of the time costs don't matter. They all seem to die quickly with me. This one seems to be holding up well. The price is not bad, it does its job well. I am happy.

Fits my MacBook Air 13" has very good airflow. The top is coated to protect between it and the MacBook. Very quiet, almost silent. The only one that needs power Connector improvement The fan connector should be in a 90 degree angle, not only the USB end USB adapter is a great idea, but the USB metal is too sharp, suggest when not needed , close it.

Got this for my son's laptop for online learning (Covid-19). He's doing his job, blowing air into the laptop. The computer no longer heats up like it used to. The product doesn't blow out much air, and it doesn't blow out air with real force. The computer isn't a gaming computer, it's a basic $500 laptop model.

If you don't cool the laptop with your legs underneath it's generally fine. When the legs are in use, the laptop will not stand still and will slide off immediately. Bad design. You need to install something in the metal bars to hold it in place better.

Actually a good cooler. The size is just right for 11-14 inch laptops. Cools well. I bought two and use one to cool my Nighthawk router. A built-in fan controller would be nice.

I wish I would like this cooling pad but it's mostly just for show. The fans are shrouded so airflow only goes directly over the fans, even though the top is made entirely of mesh. Likewise, the only working vents on the underside are the vents just below the fans. Lay this on a flat surface without stretching your legs and the fans won't create air. Fans are also located in the middle, but most laptops have them on the back. The fans didn't cool my laptop at all. I returned them
