I am pretty disappointed with these. I like nenesupply, but my backflow protectors are constantly falling off of the tubing and it's barely 2 months old. The length is nice, but the sound of a backflow protector bouncing between my bed frame and night stand while my twins sleep at 3 am is not, nor is always trying to re-attach the tubing as I pump because it fell off. The laser is okay. If you are looking for something that you click on for a second or two every couple minutes, this should work fine for you. If you are a heavy laser user, you should avoid this one. The casing is plastic which makes it difficult for the laser to dissipate heat and it will go dim after a minute or so of constant use.
