I bought these earring backs in February & totally forgot about them. When I tried to attach them to various earrings, they would not fit at all! The hole is way too small for the posts on my earrings. Why would you sell something that doesn't work?

This just what my wife needed for her ear rings. They fit perfectly, look very nice, and are very well made. Incompatibility with certain types of earrings!

Bought these backers thinking i'll never have to worry again about securing earrings. WRONG! You can't even fit these on your earring post; there is barely a hole; they are so small and curled tight that if you did get the pist on it can't go through. TOTALLY USELESS. BUYER BEWARE

These fit every pair of earrings I have that have had missing backs for AGES. And I have extras for the next time backs go missing. Problem(s) solved!

I bought these because I was losing earrings left and right because when I'd take off my face masks, I'd lose an earring. These are small, shiny silver, and fit tightly onto your earring so they don't fly off as quickly.

The product is awful, no stars. The holes in the earring backs is too tiny for my earring posts to go through. I tried every pair of studs and even some hoops. The product is defective. I tried to return, but was told to keep them.for what, they are useless! The company says they will issue a credit to my VISA.

good value for money, hole is a little tight but some people may like it, so it does not fall off. its hard to push it all the way in, but everything else about it is good

I needed something to hold the wires underneath my scale model RC trucks. I was able to solder these to teh underside of the trailer & use them for wire management. As the headline says, I was like a surgeon shopping for surgical supplies in Walmart when I bought these! They worked well for my intended uses. I know they are NOT intended for this use. Sometimes you just have to think outside the box a little to accomplish things!

The holes on many of these that I've tried are too small. No stud can get through. Had to throw quite a few out The back of the earring mostly covers the hole so you can''t get the post through the holes:(.

Considering that they are plated with gold, I should have expected that they would be small, given the price. I have been wearing them for over 2 weeks, and I do not see the discoloration or corrosion that I see with those that come in the large set of replacement backs.I have noticed that on one the "grip" is less than the other ear, but so far, none have fallen off. If possible I will update after I have worn them longer.

I was not able to fit these on any of my pierced earrings. Bought them for my real diamond earrings (3 pairs). Tried them on my costume earrings n order not to have to return them, they wouldn’t fit on those either. Maybe others had success, this is just my experience.

Didn't expect much for the price but these are great earring backs. Gets the job done, and now I have tons of them in case I lose the back or break it. No complaints at all, would recommend.

I really didn't expect these to be of such a high quality, They are twice as heavy and fit my earrings better than any aftermarket earring back I have ever purchased. As a matter of fact, they are of better quality than the backs that come on most new earrings.I would definitely refer these to my family and friends!

After wearing mine for a couple weeks they turned black in color. I wish I would of taken a picture of them before I tossed them. Don’t waste your money! Or chance of your ears getting infected from these earring backs, it’s not worth it.

UPDATE: The company reached out to me to let me know they have changed the listing title. The title is still false advertising. These are not Silver plated. Plus, they are physically stamped with the '925' mark. Even if they were plated with actual Silver, it is a federal crime in the US to sell materials marked in this way purporting to be Silver if they are not 92.5% pure Silver. Bought as a replacement for one I lost at SeaWorld. Please fit tighter than those that came with my earrings and they stay on the locking part of the earring post so it doesn't press up against my ear. Since my ear is still trying to heal, this keeps my ear from continually being in a scab behind the post. Also they are really shiny

Had it in for a few hours and when I took them out the jewellery itself turned green, unable to wear them because I have sensitive skin
