What did I pay for? The product is a complete failure.

They supplied a "old" cream; it has been out of date for two years already. The manufacturer's design has already undergone two changes. The two previous bottles I have are both fresher than this one.
Where did this cream come from and where did it stay fresh for two years, seller?
